  The young woman at the front desk on the first occasion came running after me as i exited the court on the first occasion demanding i return inside and said I wasn't granted bail when i calmly tried correcting her she yet again demaded that I returned to her deak at the general enquiries counter and screamed that only she could grant me bail and she hadn't done so, luckily my lawyer heard the commotion and corrected her and without apology I left

  I went in to Dandenong magistrate court and was very nervous and scared. The intervention order receptionist 'a tall skinny guy' I don't know his name unfortunately----helped me with everything. I was there for 4 hours and he made sure I was comfortable and felt safe at all times. He came and checked on me at least 4-5 times and made sure I was informed of everything happening. Being scared of facing the 'respondent' he made sure I felt safe and even got a security guard for me. He walked me to the court room and back and than made sure I left before the 'respondent'. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  SNR COURT REGISTRA MARK MCCUTCHAN ALLOWS THE COURT STAFF TO BREAK THE LAW AND WHEN I BOUGHT THIS ISSUE TO HIM HE WASNT INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH IT.

  THE WHOLE COURT (BANK) IS A FRAUD. CHALLENGE THE JUDGES JURISDICTION AND GET HIM TO SHOW YOU HIS OATH OF OFFICE. WHAT A JOKE THIS COURT IS !!!!!!!!

  Been here a couple times to get Intervention Orders across, the entire Staff at the Intervention Order Counter are very helpful and take their time to listen , they know what they are doing especially Dan and Michael.
