  Wasn’t even good enough for one star to be honest, I went to get a bottle of coke, paid for it, they never gave me a receipt (manager took my order), I checked my bank account 10 minutes later and saw that they took $15 out of my account (the coke bottle was $3.95). As I was very furious, but didn’t show it

  And then got told it was my folt the people were rude as hell and all of them lack the ability to follow basic instruction the manager was just as bad as the staff if not worse then get my kids lunch home and there is one slice of chesee in them after all this i got charged a arm and a leg ( $47.50) for some thing i did not order and was talked to like Sh×× will never go back and will tell every one i meet not to go there

  Yucky bread and yucky veggies. Worst customer service. Behave like as if though they are giving out freebies.... worst of worst fast food at Dandenong plaza by Subway... serve customers with a dirty aprons on... yucky yucky yucky yucky feeling

  I always devide my sub in 2 halves and this time she refused and asked for more money. Never experienced such service in any subway.

  I politely asked the worker why this has happened and she told me “the manager” will take care of it. “The manager” blamed it all on me saying it was my fault I didn’t correctly check, also saying “I should have asked them what my order was”, and in the end saying it wasn’t him that took my order it was someone else but clearly I remember he was the one who took my order and handed me the drink. Why would you have someone like this as a manager. I do not understand but I beg someone to fix this. My sister also experience the same issue with money a few months back with the same manager. Honestly useless, they don’t deserve to be the manager. WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
