  While trying to replace our old car with a new Suzuki swift Glx Turbo, our initial experience at another Suzuki dealership left lots to be desired. Our next stop was at Booran Suzuki, and the experience was drastically different. We were greeted by Tyson, the soft spoken sales exec who took us through all the features, test drive and so on in detail. Also, we got a decent deal on our old car. The whole experience at the dealership made the buying process really casual without the nasty pushy sales tactics.

  Recently bought new Ignis, a second Suzuki car from this same dealer. A single most important reason for me to have returned to this dealer is the level of customer service that I get from the people who work there under Raj who runs a great team. They are honest and are quite negotiable with prices. A nice surprise this time when I went to pick up the car was that the car was fully fueled with new floor mats in place as complimentary, which I didn't even ask for. Buying a car can be quite daunting but never here. Highly recommended if you know that your next car is Suzuki. Go for Booran Suzuki and go for Melbourne Storm!!

  After shopping around you gave me a decent trade in. Customer service and follow up with any questions was extremely helpful and very polite (from Nerma) not pushy 10/10 right up to the collect of my new vehicle.
