  Pre booked and paid for the interior and exterior clean on line, received a text advising me to enter carpark via mccrae street... got abused by the attendant there as I was in the wrong site.

  I will not give them any star. Been there once before, the gentleman who used to work there did a great job, very detailed in his cleaning and that cost me $40. This afternoon, I had a terrible experience. Sent car, the guy who was in the office (was busy messaging and I had to say hello for him to look at me). Told him I was there for car wash for interior and exterior. He said it will cost $55. I said I paid $40 previously and he said the promotion is over and he will charge $50. He said the car will be ready in 1hr to 1h30. No other car to wash. Only one car was almost done. One Asian guy was the only one seems to be washing the car. I left the car, came back in 1hr30min. The car interior was not touched at all. This time got 3 guys in the office chitchatting. The Asian guy was the only one who was trying to finish. When I told them off, they quickly rushed in finishing the work. The interior was still dirty, water marks still found in the windows and doors. Extremely disappointing experience. Dandenong Management should get involved in this and find a solution for their customers.

  Paid 180 for full clean cut amd polish in and out. Pick keys up after they where closed which is handy, came to car with rags still on it. Looks like just gave it quick wash no polish windows still dirty inside. Will be back for them to do it again wont be back after that

  Retrieved my vehicle and the interior had not been wiped down or vacuumed. I brought this to their attention, sent photos as proof and they responded with providing me 15% off my next wash. Well if I buy a $50 wash - that is $7.50 off my next wash. Wow, Thankyou.

  Went to the other car wash... completed shopping and returned to the car. There was mud still on the vehicle, inside had received a basic clean, some surfaces not even cleaned or vacuumed. Poor effort guys

  Swirl marks on the roof, water marks on the windows. Polish on the trim. Inside wasn't wiped down. Wheels still dirty.
