  I contacted the store and they told me I need to contact the manufacturer and that I do not have concierge services so they cannot help me. They have been misleading and negligent as the compressor contains butane gas ( r600a ) and can even cause an explosion.

  I spoke to a girl named Sasha, and she was rude and pushy. I would normally only write a review when I get good service to let others know to shop there but this girl is in the wrong job. She shouldn't be dealing with the public. I left without buying and will never go back. I would rather drive further. 0 stars

  I would give zero stars. Purchased a fridge for $1900 and within 8 months it has corrosion on the copper piping and the compressor is damaged. A faulty unit that is not fit for purpose.

  The first man did not want to serve me. I said something to him and he walked by like I was not there. He was very rude and looking at his watch like I was bothering him.

  Service was good once you were able to get a salesman, which was a task in itself. Asked the specific question of the staff member is this the best possible price you can do, to which the reply was yes and got the same product 5% cheaper at a competitor store. Is their best price what they think we will pay or are they just trying it on

  After escalating and fighting it out, they finally gave me my refund. Good Guys stores seem to lack an understanding of Australian Consumer Law statutory grantees.
