  I bought a king bed base. Centre rail broke within 3 months. Since December i am dealing with them. Contacted warehouse and Dandenong Store. Still waiting for a answer. They have been promising 2 weeks or somebody will call me let me know when i will receive the centre rail. But nothing has happen so far.

  this place sell poor quality cheap import for a higher price bough a bed setting from them after 13 month I already have to replace it ..once they have made the sell they don't care about you ....worse place ever made a complaint about the quality they didn't take ownership

  Staff are very knowledgeable, they give you time and space to try out the beds you want to try out, but give guidance on what would suit your sleeping needs. Great honest information minus the the sales pitch. I asked for thier best price on the bed i wanted and the guy didn't mess around. Very smooth transaction my wife and i felt very comfortable in this store. I researched online and had three store in mind to check out, but was all done in one stop. Highly recommend.
