  I was purchasing a mobility scooter off eBay for my father but the item was interstate. Lift and Load gave me a very competitive cost (door to door) and so I bid and won the item. The online booking worked very well and their service was top notch. They give a courtesy call, both at pick up and delivery, and kept to the agreed time windows. They are very helpful (especially Jodie) whom I spoke to during the process. Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others. Thanks to all at Lift and load.   I had a sofa delivered to Melbourne from Sydney, pricing was competitive and they wrapped it impeccably to keep it safe. The app to track the driver is so helpful so you don't have to wait at home all day. VERY happy and will definitely use again and recommend to others.
