    Got a fine for pulling into a parking spot to pick up my wife for 2 minutes. Didn't leave my car and was told I needed a parking ticket.

    Bad experience both times interacting with employees of the council. The two receptionists were impolite, rude and gave the wrong information. The parking inspector was also incredibly rude, I hadn't realised waiting for a parking spot was illegal and she could not have been more rude about telling me to leave.
