  I currently deal with Hayley, I am renting my place out (first time) so not knowing what to do she has taken full control and has been nothing but fantastic! Property went up the night of photos and now have happy tenants! Her follow up is outstanding, Thanks and will highly recommend her and the company to anyone wanting to advertise their home!

  I would strongly advise everyone not lease any property that's managed by Mclennen Realestate. One you sign the lease contract after that they don't wanna listen to you. The property manager is so rude , I have call them them and left massages , sent email but no response for over 6 months after that I left the property.

  Ive have tried for 3 weeks up until today to speak Tony the Director of this Real Estate Agency only because i was advised to do so by a third party company to speak to them regarding rentals and to possibly sell my property. Ive tried and failed on six attempts now and left several messages last week for a call back. I called again today to speak to Tony but was then advised in a patronizing manner by one of the receptionist ladies to "well what you could is apply for some rentals on our site, that way we will know what your talking about." ! This was very different line to "ill send an email to Tony and request he call you back" which is what i was being advised in the previous weeks prior to today.

  I give up, ive read all the good and bad reviews on here and i shall not be going ahead any further with Mclennans. Im disappointed to say this as i had high hopes thinking of trying a smaller Agency compared to the larger ones, i thought smaller agencies may look after their folks better especially as all these potential customers may end up going to bigger more established rivals. Real estate industry being very competitive and cut throat and all etc etc....

  I feel sorry for those who deal with McLennan, lost their customers because of bad services and there’s no Real Estate less than 3.8 and McLennan is 2.6 big Shame, I would never deal with McLennan again.
