  Spoke to Candice to cancel appointment and was appalled with her response, a real smart bum, tried to make me feel guilty for cancelling, when I had a valid reason. Happy to never go there again, plenty of other quality veterinary clinics in the area to give my money to, was always happy with their vets in the past, but she has left a bad taste in my mouth, they should remember that customer service is key to any business, and she made me feel like they just wanted my money.

  The staff are beyond lovely and take the care of our beloved kitty above and beyond, they are always willing to answer any questions you may have which certainly makes every visit a comfortable experience.
